The basis of this review is that I was told my taxes would be filed on a particular date (several weeks ago) and they were not. I have since called and emailed Eric and Michael REPEATEDLY and they have not responded to a single correspondence. I have waited many weeks for a returned call or email without success. Eric and his team have been taking good care of my taxes for 20 years.
UPDATE: As of June of 2020, Eric, the head of the company, negotiated settlement on the penalties and fees for this mistake. I appreciate this, although it took threat of lawsuit to get done. I don't normally leave reviews, but I felt the unprofessional and extremely poor work quality exhibited here warranted one. I hired Peter, who is a principal at this firm, to do my 2017 taxes. I paid him and he never filed. While following up on this he hung up on me. He also wouldn't answer questions about fees & penalties for such a l... read more
