I’ve been a patient of Dr. Alcarez for six years and he is kind, compassionate and always dedicated to my care and well being. I didn’t know what to expect when I started having debilitating pain, but Dr. Alcarez has been a “beacon of light”. He’s honest, straightforward, but always, always with his patients best interest and health in mind. I’m glad that if I have to have pain that I have a doctor as conscientious and knowledgeable about the different modalities of care.
I called to try and make an appointment and the girl on the phone refused to confirm whether or not they accepted my insurance. How hard is that?
