Wait time is less than an hour and the nurses at the front desk are very respectful.
Drove to office for scheduled appointment. Doctor was not there because of a family emergency. It would have been helpful to have been notified that I did not need to come to the office.

I've been going here for 13 years. Started off as the best physician ever until his practice enhanced. When his patient load increased the staff increased. You have rude staff, administrative errors, missed appointments, scheduling errors, missing prescriptions. Before it felt like Doctor Eric was passionate about care. Now it's a business.
