My initial appointment went absolutely fine, we agreed on a surgery date and all proceeded well. The morning of surgery, as I stood completely naked in front of him, Dr. Marchant stated "Oh, you're bigger than I remembered". Should have left that instant. My abdominoplasty was over-resected (meaning he took too much skin) and ultimately the wound dehisced, requiring months of wound packing, concern for infection, and delayed healing.
