Eric Lane is always kind and listens carefully to all of my issues.
We have used Eric for several years and our visits have always been fine. However, our most recent visit was very upsetting. Eric seemed to try and build a buddy buddy rapport with my teenage son through jokes and teasing. He made negative comments about my sons hair, questioned if he had “actually passed last school year “, teased about my son being a weird kid because he wasn’t driving yet , and then commented that my son looked good (health wise) but he couldn’t say the same for his face.
