I have been bringing my father here for at least the last five years, always willing to give them the benefit of the doubt, assuming that the staff's rudeness was due to their high volume of clients. However, when my dad needed urgent assistance from his doctor for a serious issue, not only were we mistreated by the staff, but when I finally got the doctor on the phone, he was also very rude and impatient.
