The best criminal defense attorney in Northern California. Mr. Dumars is responsive and always available to answer questions. He knows his clients and understands the law. He is an experienced trial lawyer who is willing to fight for his clients. Not that it mattered in my case but he is also bilingual, fluent in Spanish.

Where to start..debating on wether to get a lawyer or not from the beginning it was the best decision we made. He was always there with me throughout the whole process fighting with me. Very reasonable, compassionate and understanding. Hopefully I wont ever need his services again but if I do or know someone that does I would highly recommend him, Eric is the lawyer to go to. I inadvertently hit send before posting the review. Eric recently assisted me with several legal matters. He is quick to respond to inquiries & extremely knowledgeable about legal issues. He is a consummate profession who will do everything in his power to advocate for you & obtain the best realistic outcome. I would highly recommend Eric to represent a family member or use his services for myself again.
Not only is Eric an affordable attorney, he is a straight shooter and gets to the point. He is very helpful and very responsive to when I had questions and concerns, He got my DUI dismissed and I pled down to a basic speeding ticket.
