I used to live on an ERI property and they were always timely and responsive, as well as thoughtful. I’ve been a graduate for a few years now and I accidentally shipped a package to my old apartment. Mary helped me out super promptly and it was greatly appreciated. Keep up the good work ladies!
People working there are very friendly and responsive. For the year that I was a tenant, the company has impressed me with their swift response to our inquiries and their efficiency in dealing with home repairs and other household matters.
