After an extremely lengthy back-and-forth with a sales representative, we got our vacuum hoist on order. The lead time was initially communicated as 8 weeks in January. The hoist wasn't received until May. We also paid for, and never received, parking stands and spare parts for this hoist. Last, but certainly not least, the hoist was built incorrectly and didn't match the drawings that were provided!
