I dealt with Oscar Martinez, who was knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. He knows the business and was able to clearly explain the process of delivering a quote and following up with a timely project timeline.
Although I did not use this business, Irving, the gentleman I talked to on the telephone was extremely professional and spent a lot of time answering all of my questions and concerns. I would recommend this business to others, but I decided to not use them for other reasons.
When they do a fence. Make sure you are around to make sure you inspect the fence. Because they don’t respond back in timely manor. “We are super busy” to call you back. So on mine, I called several times abs finally asked to speak to the Project manager’s manager. And let Ergeon know that I didn’t want to no longer talk to Edgar the project manager, since he didn’t have the time to talk with me and I was beyond furious on his customer service.
