When the nail tech started my nails I could tell right away that she didn't know what she was doing. The acrylic was bumpy, and uneven. I kept telling her that she missed a spot and her response was always "I'm going to file them." She did but on some of them she filed most of the acrylic off and they're paper thin. They were also completely square. These nails had pointy edges, not even rounded off. The man (who I'm guessing was the owner) saw them, painted them, and apparently saw nothing wrong or was too lazy to fix them.... read more
