Aceadia Huang was extremely unprofessional. She was extremely late to a viewing, withheld key information until after the application was submitted including a lease transfer fee and income requirements, etc.
Very unprofessional not answering the call we went for viewing in yonkers we have seen one apartment in Hancock Street when I didn’t like she offered us another on 18 Mildred Place Yonkers we like the place and was agreed to do the lease on other day when she came with lease papers she asked for cash payment without any invoice or any paperwork for the payment to be made we told her to give the verified bank cheques which she refused and insisted for cash we told her the banks are close so can’t do cash to she refused to giv... read more
Johan Ovalles Jimenez, is a horrible realestate agent, he is very rude, and always late to house showings. I expect for you to address this matter internally.
No call backs. No reply. No nothing WASTE keep moving
An agent from this company made two showing appointments and was a no show both times. Never reached out to the realtor of the seller either time. Highly unprofessional and inconsiderate of other people’s time. The sellers cleaned their place both times and had to leave their home!! Beware of poor communication and unprofessionalism.
