They billed extras to Medicare, and Medicare didn't pay. Clerk wishy washy in conversation about it. But said not to worry. Shoes I got were stiff and hard on ankles, stiff as a board. When I walked, they clunker. He was he only one to take Medicare. Today 5/21 I got billed for items clerk said not to worry about. They rebilled it seems.

Some people do a great job…and then, there’s Jon… Jon did a “Fantastic Job!” providing a custom back prosthetic to help my husband heal. (He had a “soft fall” following recent back surgery and a fracture occurred). John met us in hospital within an hour of CT diagnosis and my husband was fitted and in his brace within a day or two! Jon has followed his progress with a caring kindness not always seen these days. A very experienced professional. We are grateful to Jon and would highly recommend. C.K. Mock & family
