They are licensed but not B.B accredited. I brought my precious baby and she was nervous. The 19 year old vet tech(if that) was talking to my dog while I was right there saying, 'Don't make me hurt you if you don't sit still! I was very taken back but focused on letting the Dr. take blood from my Mira. Obviously the 19 year old needs to use different words so the hold or grasp on the dogs doesn't look or feel so forced.
