Very disappointed, I emailed on 7/7 to tell them that my carpet of about a year is fraying. The response was that they will get someone out to look at it. I requested they call to schedule to be sure someone will be home. Today at 2:58 I received a text message "Hello, your flooring installer from Erdle and Wood will be arriving in 30 minutes".
