FRAUD! Insisted I pay upfront for the services and never came back to finish job! Told me he’s not coming back. He gave me $200 back out of $3500. Ignored me for MONTHS! Bullied me into paying upfront and now I’m having to sue and pay someone else to finish job. Caused me a lot of stress and anxiety! Wish I could have used someone else! DONT USE HIS COMPANY! Manipulates Women! FRAUD!

Aside from needing to purchase & pickup the part, Eduardo got the job done in under 30mins! Our shower faucet stopped working 2 days before the snowstorm. So we just turned off the main waterline all together and then forgot about it for a week 🤣 since we had emergency water reserves & rain barrels. Eduardo's work ethic and transparency puts him apart from the rest. Great communication from the time we called (before business hours) until the work was done. He was upfront with pricing from items and installation. Unfortunately, the part we needed to be replaced was for a 1950's house. He was resourceful and knew exactly where to get the part. The disassemble and repair in total took only roughly 30 minutes! We know who to call for any plumbing needs in the future! Thank you Eduardo!
My mother-in-law had a PVC pipe that broke under the house at 7pm, we had no water pressure thru-out the house, called ERC plumbing and Edward came out within 30 minutes, he crawl under the house, saw the issue, got the parts needed and fixed the leak and turned water back up. They are very professional, honest and knowledgeable. If you have plumbing issues, I would strongly recommend calling ERC plumbing. A+++
