Parked illegally at Prince Arthur hotel by blocking the sidewalk and entrance to the parking lot while smoking in his truck
For blocking in multiple cars, just to deliver things at goodlife foods, they could have parked on the other side of the parking lot at the end and stacked the boxes on the dolly and walked … brutal. no respect for other people.
