Last night I "graduated" from physical therapy- I had tendinitis in my hip and I used to be a runner. I had long ago accepted I may never be a runner again, but today I believe I can make smart/safe training decisions and become a runner once again. Last night was bittersweet. While I am thrilled to be finished and be pain free, the staff were amazing and I'm going to miss them! Lauren and Esther at the Bethel Park Office truly made it an enjoyable experience. (Everyone was great--but I spent the most time with these 2)
I highly recommend ERB physical therapy for any physical ailments! The staff is incredible! They work together like a well-oiled machine to minimize any waiting and provide a positive environment with highly effective results. They listened to me and provided numerous exercises and posture techniques that have made a huge difference in my pain and strength levels. Excellent personalized and detailed care from beginning to end. Thorough initial exam with clear plan from the beginning. Great communication between all clinicians, so that everyone can help get you to your end goal. Overall very satisfied, and have even sent my husband for treatment.
I have been at Erb for almost 2 years. Liz Zurich is a very knowledgeable, multi-talented, and very attentive. She treats each person individually, as if they were like family. I have been to many different places for physical therapy and this is the one place that I feel most at home,

I had the absolute BESTexperience at ERB PT in Bethel Park. Everyone was wonderful, especially Lauren. I had 100%improvement with my back pain in the short time I attended. Everyone was easy to talk to, and yet very professional. I'd definitely recommend ERB to anyone needing PT. Thanks to everyone for all the help!
