I thought "will call" meant your order will be ready when you get there. It seems like all the staff is asleep at the wheel there.
I bought a few thousand dollars worth of fitting for a job. I returned what I didn’t use the same day and they charged me a 20% restocking fee. I returned like 10 fittings and they charged me almost $300 dollars to put them back on the shelf. I will never bring business here again.
