I bought a few thousand dollars worth of fitting for a job. I returned what I didn’t use the same day and they charged me a 20% restocking fee. I returned like 10 fittings and they charged me almost $300 dollars to put them back on the shelf. I will never bring business here again.
Though they did not have my specific part, Craig was able to point me in the direction of where to go forward. This was my 4th stop - so any help was much appreciated!
