We were referred to Margarito because he did work on a friend's home and I'm so glad we did! We have worked with Erazo Construction twice now and we can't recommend them enough. It took them just six weeks to rebuild both our bathrooms and tackle several other small projects around our home. Margarito and his team are fantastic. They communicated what they were working on regularly, informed us about what changes they were making and why, as well as giving us advice that saved us time and money. We plan on working with them again in the future for our next renovation
Margarito is an awesome contractor! He always has helpful suggestions on how to make layouts better and turns around projects quickly without cutting any corners or overcharging. My husband and I used him for a double bathroom renovation as well as converting a bedroom into a bedroom and foyer. Even my picky dog likes him!
I hired Erazo construction because of good reviews. I am happy to say I can add to those reviews. The team showed up early, proceeded to protect anything that paint would damage in the areas needed, and got to work. They were friendly, neat and meticulous. Their work is excellent , and I have multiple more jobs for them in my home. I have already recommended them to friends!
Completed a deck repair (wood, sanding, paint) and a window. Did a great job and was very professional. Also painted my neighbors house and was very good. I’d considering using this service again.
