What a disappointment! It was not worth the money I spent on this company. I called and did not get a response for over a week. When I called the second time, the owner answered and scheduled a visit to take a sample. I asked ERAtech Environmental to test a possible asbestos on the floor material. When Keith came over on Monday, he used his bare hand to rip out several layers of flooring material right in front of me. I was concerned that asbestos would be airborne. ERAtech is AWESOME! Cindy was professional and friendly, and she genuinely cared about making sure the mold remediation, cleanup, and fixing of the plumbing leaks in my kitchen and bathroom were done correctly so that her testing would be accurate and reveal the home was safe to occupy. She had great follow up and demonstrated exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this company and the services they provide!

I’m so glad that ERAtech was there to help me through a very difficult process that can easily confuse someone who doesn’t know any better. When I called and spoke with Doug, he took the time to get to know me and my family; as I filled him in on our predicament. He was very courteous and compassionate. It was a great experience from start to finish and amazing fast. I couldn't believe that I called and Keith came out the next day. I was presently surprised when I received an email on Saturday. Saying that we were all good to go. As a homeowner and doing projects going through construction, their professionalism, fast, courteous and friendly service made all the difference in record time. I called ERAtech to inquire about lead testing. Doug was able to test our home the same day. Lab processing only took approximately two days. Thankfully, the results were negative! Doug was very kind, knowledgeable, and generous with his time in answering my questions and sharing his expertise. I would work with ERAtech again without hesitation.
