Erasmos Roofing came highly recommended from my neighbor who had some work done late last year 2024. After our early rainfall in December, two leaks appeared, I got a hold of them and they came out in a couple of days, evaluated the areas of concern, quoted me a price the next day and once I agreed with estimate, they scheduled to come out the second full week of January. In my endeavor to get a roof leak repaired I called one particular roofing company used by my friend. They charged me $150 to do an estimate with the intention of refunding the $150 when I had the job done. The estimate was over $4800 which included restuccoing my chimney. I thought that was too high so I asked about just doing the repairs for the leak. They agreed to knock off $800. I thought that was still too high and offered them $2500.
