I want to start by saying how much I appreciate the team here; everyone is incredibly friendly and has been so accommodating when I've had to reschedule due to illness. However, I wanted to share a consistent observation regarding the treatment rooms. Most of the time when I arrive, the room hasn't been reset or cleaned from the previous session. I would agree with another’s comment, I have gone there for a few years on and off, and the customer service is very good. Personable, friendly, engaged with the customer, knowledgeable and they care about the service they are advocating to the person standing in front of them. Rate them as a 10/10.
