We came up looking for some land to possibly buy and build in the future as my husband retired. Rich was such a wonderful person as we first met and he showed us the properties we wished to see. None of them felt right for us, as the morning went on we felt we would have to come back another day, he offered to show us a piece of property he said had wonderful views.
