Let me start off by saying that I hate to leave negative reviews. But when it’s bad enough, I feel that it’s my duty as a citizen to inform others just how bad Lisa Shelton with ERA Northeast was. Let me start off by saying that Lisa Shelton is a newer agent, but as a newer realtor she was supposed to be under the guidance of a more senior realtor. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of listing with this company last year. There was a change in agents, the agreement locked me in for an entire year with a dual agency setup. ERA even added a 90-day broker’s compensation clause after the listing expired. Choosing this company was a huge regret, especially since Chris Harris did no negotiating on my behalf, ghosted me on status, and only brought in terrible offers.
