Unfortunately, I made the mistake of listing with this company last year. There was a change in agents, the agreement locked me in for an entire year with a dual agency setup. ERA even added a 90-day broker’s compensation clause after the listing expired. Choosing this company was a huge regret, especially since Chris Harris did no negotiating on my behalf, ghosted me on status, and only brought in terrible offers.
