I have absolutely nothing good to say about them. They quite obviously don’t do the intensive screening they say they do. I have a duplex south of Youngstown that had good tenants who were in place before I bought the property in the downstairs unit. The upstairs unit was a bad tenant. Who was a drunk with 5 dogs.
