1.0 star rating 8/25/2016 First to Review Recently, ERA merged with Total Realty and I find that the quality of their work has drastically decreased. I'll qualify my answer with the fact that ERA only manages our rental properties. They don't communicate when there are repairs, nor do they document the damages or inspects them as outlined in their contractual agreement. I'm disappointed by the service.
