I have no idea how these reviews are low. Luanne Clark did amazing at getting us into our first home! She went above and beyond and is still in contact with us! We were so scared buying our first home but they did so wonderful at making it easy and fast. Found are home and we were in it in less then a month! Thankyou!
Didn't make sure rental was ready for move in. Smelled of smoke, no heating unit was working and the place was infested with mice.
As a tenant, not the most pleasant people to work with. Definitely not willing to help out beyond their absolute minimal obligations.
Called and set up a showing at a rental for 3pm, even called to confirm it. 3:15 no one from the brokerage was at the property and they had not called me to cancel. I called three times and no one answered. Finally we left and they called me at 3:25 to say the showing was never put on the calendar. Another person was there at 3pm too to tour it so I know we were at the right place/time. The other person had more patience but we left. I don't want to work with a business that can't organize and schedule things.
We rented from them and had a very positive experience. Very reasonable and they were very prompt taking care of any maintenance issues we had.
