I have used Team VP in so many ways in my adult life with such positive and proper work and results by them. Visited years ago rented condo returned 10 years in a row. In all those years everything was great. Time travel to a few years ago. Son got married at Chautauqua Institution two years ago. Rented two houses to be wedding central for all the details the wedding planners werehandling. Went fantastic. We had an average stay at the place we rented on Chautauqua Lake. Place was overall clean and convenient to places. Parking was nice. We went through ERA Team VP. They were decent at responding. Docking here with a boat at the home was in very shallow water. We stayed near Jamestown. We overall had a good time. The reason I’m only giving a few stars is because we feel they didn’t properly communicate to us a few things such as lack of AC on the first floor, a poor bed situation, and very shady and minimal directions and a ch... read more

There is much this company does very well. Their vacation property management department, though, never returns phone calls and emails, which has been the source of much frustration and even expense. We have chosen to terminate our property management relationship with the company.
