Bought a house from seller represented by Joe Whipp a couple years back. After offer was accepted and contract was signed, he checked out. I had to get my agent to complain multiple times about all the junk in the house. When I took possession, the place was cleared of junk but disgusting. No interest in sealing a proper deal.
Dealt with someone named AMBER RENNER, Totally incompetent. Go somewhere else!
Been trying to reach Jamie about a property she has listed. Called her direct line goes to VM but her VM box is full so can't leave a message. Call office number it rings a few times then disconnects. Very unprofessional and not a good work ethic. Eben had another agent reach out to her and get no answer. This has been happening for over a month!!! How do they expect to sell properties if no one answers phones?
Jaime did an amazing job for me, and we got $30,000 over the listing price! She also went out of the way to be very helpful. Above and beyond the normal Realtor duties.
Your important if larger sale (more money to be made)... Smaller sale may get a call may not... hitting up a different realtor to try and get service around the ERA agent who listed the property.
