Chris was a phenomenal realtor to work with! We were looking for a historic home, but didn't limit our search to that and he did a great job helping us. We first went under contract for a truly historic home, but when the inspection report came back there were too many large structural issues for us to take on. Chris didn't falter at all when we decided it wasn't the house for us and we wanted to go back on the search. We ultimately found a home we absolutely love!
