17apr2024 I understand that you have a employee there named tonette. I saw how she conducted herself in public today at the UPS Ramsey store and she was so unprofessional rude out of control to the staff. I don't understand how she can represent your business and then come out in public and act like this. Y'all need to talk to her. If that's the way your employees act. I can never refer or come to your business and expect anything to be done positively.
