ERA My husband and I were preparing to move to the Fayetteville area. We were put in contact with ERA through a program with our bank. We were eager to begin our quest to find a home prior to moving. Be Careful This company will push you to use their "preferred" lender, and only later will you find out that the "lender" is actually not a lender at all but a broker! Big Difference. They don't care to truly meet the needs of their clients and, yes, they tend ... read more
After listing and unlisting my house with multiple local agents (who were much less than helpful), Latunya cold called me and I took a shot with her. Thank goodness I did! Latunya had more showings in the first week than I had seen in the last year combined. She is an absolute hustler and sold my house for well above the previous listings. ALL WHILE DEALING WITH THE COVID COMPLICATIONS. I live 10 hours away from the house we listed, never met her in person, and she worked so hard for me you would think we were old friends.
