ERA My husband and I were preparing to move to the Fayetteville area. We were put in contact with ERA through a program with our bank. We were eager to begin our quest to find a home prior to moving. It seemed as our first agent was only interested in selling us a home listed through ERA or homes he had listed as the seller agent. If the agent we had was listed as the seller agent then he could not help us with the offer. What is the point of having an agent if they cannot help write a contract for an offer? Our second agent... read more

Be Careful This company will push you to use their "preferred" lender, and only later will you find out that the "lender" is actually not a lender at all but a broker! Big Difference. They seem to be interested in only keeping all the business "in house" rather then what might be best for the customer. Be careful when dealing with this company!!

information This is just a note...as far as with seller agents and buyer agent. Any company you go to they are automatically the seller's agent until you sign with them to be your buyer's agent. Not many know this. I did not until I took a real estate class. Just keep that in mind.

Be very cautious when dealing w/ERA A few years ago my experience with ERA was not that positive. (We purchased a new home in Harnett County.) They are working with builders all over Cumberland and surrounding counties who are building homes that have several flaws. Get an inspection even if your home is brand new! Choose an inspector outside the area. Do not hire one that they recommend. ERA is too busy trying to make millions as fast as they can. They don't care to truly meet the needs of their clients and, yes, they tend ... read more

After listing and unlisting my house with multiple local agents (who were much less than helpful), Latunya cold called me and I took a shot with her. Thank goodness I did! Latunya had more showings in the first week than I had seen in the last year combined. She is an absolute hustler and sold my house for well above the previous listings. ALL WHILE DEALING WITH THE COVID COMPLICATIONS. I live 10 hours away from the house we listed, never met her in person, and she worked so hard for me you would think we were old friends. I... read more
