We do not recommend ERA South Dade realty or Jim Moser. Worst real estate experience EVER with James “Jim” Moser. Managed our mother’s property for 21 years at 15% commission. During that time allowed property to fall into disrepair- (anytime we were notified of an issue we had it repaired, replaced, corrected, including new roof, appliances, etc).
