ERA Showcase is the worst property management company ever!! They worry about getting paid on-time, but certainly could care less about the renters of properties.
As somebody whose own two homes and rented several and lifetime I have never been treated more poorly. I left the house in pristine condition as I would treat any home that I own myself. I was double charge fees even more than the over $1,700 deposit that they had on me. This place is unprofessional and they will rip you off. Do yourself a favor and rent from someone else.
Actually were touched up 3 times in my friends unit at Summer Place in Merritt Island where she lives! Looked at her contract and they claimed it was freshly painted, but closed look at all the walls you could see where the shades of white were different. Then we found the cans of paint that were used and all were dated differently and had different tints labled. We gathered from looking at this and the walls, the place had not been re-painted in like 5 or 6 years! that's just Gross. And most likely against florida law and f... read more
