Terrible experience, would not recommend. Did not take into account sellers wants or need. 0/10
We had the worst experience with this real estate company and one of their realtors. We were non advised well on our home marketing or the price they put on our home, which apparently discouraged buyers. The realtor did absolutely nothing to promote the home and was not communicative with us. Nor was our home checked on after showings. When we changed realtors, it was discovered that our home had been damaged during showings and was in horrible condition, which we had not been told anything about.
