Big time major kudos to our agent, Amie Hieneman for going above and beyond in getting us into our forever home! Terrible experience with Agent Alicia Huff. She would not do basic communication with our agent. Would not return calls, emails or texts. Buyers wanted a second showing and she showed up almost 30 minutes late to our house. For the final walkthrough she did not show up for the walkthrough, said she overslept. The buyers had to get a code from our agent(sellers) to do the final walkthrough by themselves. She was their agent and didn’t even bother to show up for the final walkthrough. Very unprofessional.
