In my opinion, it’s not worth wasting your time with this realtor company. The broker of this place is quite rude, disrespectful, refuses to listen, and will talk over you. I sure am glad I recorded the conversation we had because he a piece of work. I would write more, but he threatened to sue me for defamation and slander with his personal attorney. If I were you, I would find a more respectful and professional realtor company that actually stands behind their personal mission statement.
Shawn was very good to work with. He was patient and very knowledgeable in what he was doing. He helps my wife and I understand what it would take to list our Condo. I recommend Shawn and ERA Reardon Realty.
