I've had an appallingly rude voicemail left by Reena when I was at work because I didn't answer my phone right away (can't answer at work, what do they think we pay rent with, gambling winnings?) Couldn't answer my phone immediately, but they can spend months dicking me around on maintenance requests. This Property management company does NOT care about the properties of their clients, they have a severe lack of maintenance, and they really could care less about their tenants lives and health. We have been without electricity to the outlet that controls our stove for 2 months, the deck is dry rotted, the stairs are splitting and tenants have been injured, we have informed them, but nothing gets done about it. We started renting a home from Reena. When we were ready to buy Riley and Andrew helped us find our new home. They both were very dedicated in helping us search for a permanent place to live. After many weeks of showing us beautiful properties we found what we were looking for. We now live in a gorgeous golf course home and could not be happier!
