I applied and messed up on the application so i needed to get hold of someone i tried thr number and even emailing and still got a hold of nobody. So i reapplied again and im trying to get a hold of them again and again got nothing.
Company has extremely poor tenant screening procedure. Low standards and no interest in the betterment of neighborhoods they serve. Specifically Donny Thompson
I'm afraid to say much because I am currently renting from these guys ... Well fk it I guess. They have a HUGE selection of homes and for great prices! Like I'm talking better than any deal anywhere else and trust me I've looked! I have two 9 yr old F5 felonies, had a recent eviction
