Deeply unethical and dishonest experience with Realtor OB (Jeremiah) Juncal I trusted OB Juncal as my real estate agent to guide us responsibly while buying our first home. Instead, his referral caused one of the most stressful and damaging experiences imaginable. OB personally referred an unlicensed contractor, Chris Strother, to do renovation work before we moved in. I used OB for my first house purchase with my boyfriend, he is a member at my gym and I have known him for a couple years now. After our purchase, OB recommended a “handy man” for some renovations we wanted to do, someone that OB has known for over a decade. OB Juncal referred an unlicensed contractor, Chris Strother to do a home upgrade before moving into our first home. Chris lied about having a license. I trusted his word since my realtor recommend him and I trusted OB. Chris did a sloppy job from the start, destroyed my house from the dust, debris, grout thinset etc...from the process of working. Angela Reynolds is the most unprofessional and arrogant realtor you will ever meet. From her condescending tone towards anyone that isn’t a realtor to her love of price gouging and effecting our San Diego market.
