Angela Reynolds is the most unprofessional and arrogant realtor you will ever meet. From her condescending tone towards anyone that isn’t a realtor to her love of price gouging and effecting our San Diego market.
Ken Chiles receives 5 stars from my wife and I. He located an incredible home for us when relocating to San Diego in 2017 AND THEN successfully facilitated the sale of the same property in June-2023. She showed me the home on her tablet, and I literally said I want that house and bought it! I made a list of things I wanted my new home to feature and the home she showed me met 85% of the things on my list, and a bonus of being located in a gated, well manicured community!
OB Juncal and Carly Paganas did an outstanding job in helping us sell our condo. At our first meeting, they made recommendations for what we could renovate and get the most bang for our buck and not cost too much . We went with their suggestions and it really paid off. With only one open house, we had multiple offers and sold our condo for 15 percent over our asking price. They are both great people and we knew we were in good hands.
