I used OB for my first house purchase with my boyfriend, he is a member at my gym and I have known him for a couple years now. OB Juncal referred an unlicensed contractor, Chris Strother to do a home upgrade before moving into our first home. Chris lied about having a license. I trusted his word since my realtor recommend him and I trusted OB. Chris did a sloppy job from the start, destroyed my house from the dust, debris, grout thinset etc...from the process of working. Angela Reynolds is the most unprofessional and arrogant realtor you will ever meet. From her condescending tone towards anyone that isn’t a realtor to her love of price gouging and effecting our San Diego market.
Ken Chiles receives 5 stars from my wife and I. He located an incredible home for us when relocating to San Diego in 2017 AND THEN successfully facilitated the sale of the same property in June-2023. Our home needed a few significant repairs and Ken was able to secure multiple contractors to complete the work to ensure our home was marketable over asking price and avoided the buyers retracting the offer.
