Very friendly and professional. Quick to respond to maintenance issues and solve them. Even hired a company to plow our snow this year. Thank you!!
By far the worst place to rent from. When we first moved in they told us the house had been sitting a while since the last people left. Well they weren't lying. The house had empty cups and bowls everywhere, there was trash on the floor, the least they could've done was vacuum and make it look presentable since we are paying for it. We called in the very beginning of living here to have them come fix our leaking sink, and 2 months later it is still not fixed. This is by far the worst rental agency I have ever dealt with. They have lied to my face on more than one occasion and to my family. They seem to think they can take advantage of a young college girl trying to get every bit of money they can, but as soon as you bring in a guy and call them out on their lies they try to back track. Wish I could rate them negative stars. This has to be the WORST place in the world. They lady at the front desk has lied to me and my friends numorus times. I received a $250 from Home Owners Association. I told them I never received any rules or regulations so how was I suppose to know what I was doing wrong? The lady swore up and down she was talking with the president of my HOA about it and said I still had to pay and said he did not want to be contacted. I will never ever rent from these people again. They are lying thieves and will take you for all you've got. Everything that the person below said happened to my family. I'm sure they would have taken the clothes off of our backs if they could. If I could give them 0 stars I would but that's not an option.
Run from this rental agency, they are thieves! They make fraudulent claims when you move out to keep your entire deposit and they bill you for $1000+ more. We took pictures when we moved out and none of their claims add up to our pictures. Then when you contact them to find out what is going on they tell you that you need to talk to someone else is who always conviently never there and never return your calls. Also, they claim that their leases are for 12 months but in reality are for 13 and they refuse to prorate for the 13... read more
