Would highly advise considering any other PM. Company. This has been the worse communication I've experienced with any company. They don't return emails, voice messages. Will also report to BBB. .
If you’re considering renting from someone who uses ERA I wouldn’t and if you’re considering using them as your property management I wouldn’t. I rented for one year from ERA. The land lord was great. Not this property magnet company or its employees. Especially Sadi who was over this property. Horrible with communication, not prompt to help, and zero customer service skills. I moved because of this company and lack of them doing their job. Straight up one of the worst companies on the planet. Next to impossible to get ahold of. tells you what you want to hear when you do get a hold of them, then doesn't follow through. I would highly recommend any other company than this one.
