ERA Management, Karen Brock would not transfer my call to Bella Sol at Santa Clara HOA representative Sonia Rose who was handling an issue. Karen Brock would not give me names of those making complaint against me as required by law. You cannot defend yourself if you can’t confront the ones who reported incident. ERA tried to charge me for “general wear and tear” which is against state law! Come on Judy Jolley. When I asked for proof of damages they sent me pictures of the wrong unit!! Make this right and I’ll drop my lawsuit and delete this review
Would highly advise considering any other PM. Company. This has been the worse communication I've experienced with any company. They don't return emails, voice messages. Will also report to BBB. .
If you’re considering renting from someone who uses ERA I wouldn’t and if you’re considering using them as your property management I wouldn’t. I rented for one year from ERA. The land lord was great. Not this property magnet company or its employees. Especially Sadi who was over this property. Horrible with communication, not prompt to help, and zero customer service skills. I moved because of this company and lack of them doing their job.
