Stay far away. Peter Byron is a thief with a real estate license. We were in negotiations on a home with an appraisal contingency in place. When the appraisal didn’t meet the requirements we decided not to move forward. Peter and his client are still trying to keep our 10k deposit since September! Threatening us to go into mediation.
