ERA managed our property for almost three years and our experience was great! They were always very receptive and at one point they had our house ready for the new tenants in only two days. We ended up selling our house to the current tenants and ERA continued to be amazing! The process was extremely easy, and they helped us close within 20 days! Amazing experience overall and my wife and I highly recommend.

I highly recommend Randi in the maintenance department. She takes amazing care of the homeowners as well as their renters. She is always there to give a helping hand and goes out of her way to make sure people receive the service they deserve.
My Air Conditioner at my rental property went out a little over a week ago. I have 4 small children and it is the middle of the summer. There was no sense of urgency when I reported it to have anyone come out and have it fixed. Two days later they sent a number for me to call to have someone come out. They weren't available until 6/14. The next day Another company was called and came an found that the compressor was out and a part needed to be ordered. I did check into the situation, and I am actually the one who delivered the portable unit to you once the home warranty company could not get the A/C repaired timely. Our company has portable A/C units that we make available in cases where the A/C cannot be repaired quickly because a part has to be ordered or a unit needs replaced. I had a horrible experience the first time with old south properties but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Well they let me look at a house that already had a deposit put down on it and they didn’t tell me until after I told them I want to apply. Then today I go to look at another house. I go to apply and get told someone has already been approved for this house. I do not recommend old south. Nothing but a headache.
When I call asking for qualification for rental property I got very good communication with this perception and a property management very nice personality can't wait to rent from them they seem like very good people that care
