I cannot begin to say enough great things about Old South and the Maintainance Coordinator Ms. Randi! She always keeps my baby brother Henry busy and positive. I have been working with ERA Old South Properties for a couple of years now, and I am VERY pleased with my interactions with them. They have always responded to my requests in a very timely manner. I like that they use both email and text messaging to stay in touch with me. I highly recommend Randi in the maintenance department. She takes amazing care of the homeowners as well as their renters. She is always there to give a helping hand and goes out of her way to make sure people receive the service they deserve.

I had a horrible experience the first time with old south properties but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Well they let me look at a house that already had a deposit put down on it and they didn’t tell me until after I told them I want to apply. Then today I go to look at another house. I go to apply and get told someone has already been approved for this house. I do not recommend old south. Nothing but a headache.
