Bought some land they had listed and the number one criteria was whether High Speed Internet was available. Jack Labarre advised it was, by Arvig (said he called and even quoted price of line to me). Well guess what, it's NOT available. Century Link has 1.5 speeds (useless for someone who works from home) 🤬 And people wonder why folks don't want to work w/ realtors? Here's why, it's ONLY about the sale.
We worked with Deanna Sinclair and had such a great experience!!! What we appreciated most was Deanna got things done efficiently and professionally when needed but was not pushy or forceful either. She was understanding and good with our young children too, which was an added bonus. We highly reccomend Deanna and ERA!
