A good company to rent from,
They require me to make 3x rent ($1,600) I make 80% of the 3x without a job (currently job searching).Would not work with me. Whoever the landlord is wants absolutely nothing to do with tenants.Absolutely garbage! Found a way better place with no bs wish I could give zero stars.
Very crappy customer service, to go with the mediocre rental agency. Sadly, I’m renting from ERA Neubauer currently, and am without air conditioning, with no end in sight. The property management company doesn’t seem to care, probably because it doesn’t affect them personally and they’ll still get paid whether or we have working air conditioning.currently sitting at 90 degrees in our home.
