Brent Myers is so experienced in the real estate world. Not only has he been a real estate agent for decades, he also owns rental properties, which just places him in a spot with deep experiential knowledge of all things houses. Brent was always available to show us homes and we were living and looking in Fort Worth TX. In addition to the properties we wanted to look at, he had several properties of his own for consideration each time we met. Brent pointed out things we wouldn't have seen-foundation issues, possible plumbing and electrical considerations, trees, lot location, potential traffic issues. Brent was always available to answer my questions. He communicated clearly and provided helpful insight to ensure I understood potential road blocks. Brent and his team are by far the best. If you are looking for a house in the DFW area, you would be doing yourself an incredible disservice not to reach out them.
