Was looking for a (low cost fixer-upper ) home in the Pocono communities. I called a dozen brokers with one calling back. I put a low offer in on a 45,000 home. The listing agent @ ERA Meloi Reality was carol Pomeroy, she was very difficult from the start, if my broker or I didn't fax something with paper facing up and in the line she sent it. we would need to re-fax. after offer was submitted and countered 3 times,The listing agent is working from her vacation and blowing us off.
