Worst experience ever in selling land. The agent didn’t listen to my instructions, she kept bringing developers which I rejected! That was the number one main issue-No Developers. I found my own buyer and the agent had the nerve to actually yell at me and ask if I wanted her to just back out of the deal!! I should have said Yes, void the contract but I didn’t since the agent was a friend of the family. Big mistake on my part that I didn’t report her and drop the deal right then.
